What We Collect
When you buy something or join our email list, we collect what's needed to do that: your name, email, shipping address, and payment information (processed by Shopify — we never see your card number).
How We Use It
- To fulfill and ship your order (we share your address with our print partner, Printify, solely to produce and deliver your order)
- To email you order updates
- If you joined our list: occasional emails about new products or offers. Unsubscribe anytime with one click.
What We Don't Do
We don't sell your personal information. We are emotionally and legally unavailable to data brokers.
Cookies & Analytics
Our store runs on Shopify, which uses cookies for cart functionality and basic analytics. We also use social platform pixels only where legally permitted.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing support@emotionalsupportmerch.com. California and EU/UK residents have additional rights under CCPA/GDPR — email us and we'll honor them.
