Products & Orders

All products are printed on demand when you order them. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (we'll refund you if we do). Product colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen — monitors have opinions.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify Payments. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

Shipping

Items are produced in 2–5 business days, then shipped. Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept "changed my mind" returns. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us a photo within 30 days at support@emotionalsupportmerch.com and we'll replace it free. Full policy: Shipping & Returns.

Intellectual Property

All designs, text, and images on this site are owned by Fale Distribution LLC. Please don't reproduce them commercially. The deadpan face has feelings too (it doesn't).

Limitation of Liability

Our products are apparel and drinkware, not therapy, medical devices, or licensed professionals. "Emotional support" is a joke on a shirt. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
